The Youth Dividend program connects Canadian employers with university and college graduates between 18-30 years old. These recent graduates will receive training and meaningful work experience to help transition to full-time employment.
Funded by the Government of Canada’s Digital Skills for Youth (DS4Y) program, the Youth Dividend program is ICTC’s response to the growing demand for information and communications technology (ICT) and digital professionals.
